HVAC Installation & Replacement
A new heating or cooling system is a big investment, and savvy homeowners know they need to take steps to make that investment a good one. That’s why we start every installation process by assessing your home’s climate control needs. For air conditioners and heat pumps, we’ll do a load calculation; for furnaces and boilers, it’s called a heat loss calculation. Either way, we’ll account for factors that include square footage, insulation and layout to determine precisely how much climate control power you need, then help you select a system that meets those needs.
Once a properly sized system has been selected, our technicians will work diligently to get it installed and running. As a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer, we specialize in Carrier systems and understand the manufacturer’s specifications as well as state and local building codes.
Whether you need an energy-efficient upgrade for an aging air conditioner or an entire climate-control system for a brand-new home, you can depend on our HVAC installation team to get the job done.
HVAC Repair & Maintenance
There are few more stressful experiences for a homeowner than running into a sudden issue with a heating or cooling system. Fortunately, our HVAC technicians are here to deal with those issues and keep your family safe. We’ll respond rapidly to your call, assess the damage and give you a full estimate, then work carefully to get your system in good working order. Because HVAC problems don’t respect anyone’s schedule, we’re available on weekends for our Service Agreement Customers from 8am to 8pm.
Severe HVAC issues sometimes warrant a system replacement. If that’s the case, we’ll help you compare the cost of a new system with the cost to repair your existing system and help you make the best decision for your family and your budget.
The best approach to any HVAC problem, though, is prevention, and a preventive maintenance agreement from A & B Heating & Cooling will help you rest easy. During each maintenance visit, we’ll thoroughly inspect your system and fix any emerging issues before they can become big problems. In the long term, that means fewer repairs and a longer lifespan for your system. In the meantime, we’ll also make small adjustments to help cut your energy usage and save you money right away.
